• You will provide satisfactory support and service to your customers.
• You will not charge your customers excessively for support and service that is deemed unethical.
• You will follow business ethics and applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not engage in illegal practices or involve any of our products and services into illegal functions.
• You will not make undeliverable promises in regard to our software products and services.
• All Software is sold by License, each PC AcclaimPOS is installed on requires the purchase of a license.
• All Orders are prepaid via Credit Card or Company Check.  
• You will not distribute any software upgrades to your end users without paying for such upgrades first. Upgrades are priced per end user per location.
• You will not engage in predatory marketing practices against other Registered Resellers in your region or anywhere else.
• You will notify WindSoft International, Inc. of any illegal use of our software if you find out about such incidents.
• You sole purpose of communicating with other parties regarding our software is only for the purpose of resale. You are not permitted to jeopardize our product trade secrets or any other information to other parties without our prior written consent.
• You will not pirate or otherwise use, sell, or transfer our software license to your customers for any purpose which will be considered in breach of our End User License Agreement found in when installing the software.
• You will provide all the information and procedures we will require if you need to transfer software license. WindSoft International, Inc. reserves the right to charge and/or reject any license transfer requests at its sole discretion.
• You are an individual party, and NOT A PARTNER OR EMPLOYEE of WindSoft International, Inc.. Therefore, you will be responsible for all expenses or liabilities incurred by your own actions.
• All orders purchased (Products and Services) are NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE for any reason.
• Prices will be subject to change at the discretion of WindSoft International, Inc..
• This reseller dealership did not give you any exclusive territories, unless you have purchased an exclusive territory. WindSoft International, Inc. reserves the right to add additional resellers in your region. Decision to add additional resellers in the region is based on the region's size or the current reseller's performance.
• WindSoft International, Inc., will contact you periodically via Phone, Email or Mail to inquire about your status and if WindSoft International, Inc. inquires about your reseller status, you should reply in a timely manner. Loss of communication for an extended period of time may result in termination of this reseller program.

If the reseller violates any of the agreements listed above, and is not willing to correct the problems and follow the guidelines listed above, then WindSoft International, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the reseller dealership when deemed necessary.

When the reseller program is terminated, reseller fees, marketing materials, purchased software, and all other products and services ARE NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason. Additionally, all reseller benefits such as free technical support will stop immediately when the dealership is terminated.

WindSoft International, Inc. reserves the right to assign reseller's end user accounts to another reseller in order to continue quality support and service.
